Institutional (Non-Transfer-of-Title)

Loans Against Restricted and/or Concentrated Stock Positions

We offer an excellent stock based finance program for investors, shareholders, company executives and insiders/affiliates with concentrated and/or restricted shares.  Your stock must be trading on one of the major exchanges to qualify.  For restricted stock, you must have full rights to the stock and there must be less than 2 years remaining on the restriction.  While we prefer $8+ per share and a healthy trading volume, exceptions can certainly be made on a case by case basis.
