- Property: Owner Occupied Single Family Residences and
Second Homes
- Loan to Value: Up to 70% (75% on a purchase transaction
considered.)
- Credit Score: Not Credit Score Based, but Very Good Credit Required
- Income: Full Doc Only. 2 yrs. Personal and Business Tax Returns - Max 45% debt ratio.
- Reserves: Minimum post closing reserves should be around 25% or more of the loan amount. (Loan to Liquidity). Most recent 2 months asset statements required.
Credit
Score Requirement: Our super jumbo mortgage products are not
credit score driven. We do, however, look for strong credit.
Most of our Clients do not fit in a box.
Each transaction is looked at individually. We look beyond a Client's
financial profile, assets, income and credit. We consider the type of
business, successful history in past profession as well as other
factors. In determining the financial products appropriate for the
client, we base our decisions on the Client's overall and asset profile
with a focus on liquidity.
